Prisons and Probation

We provide one to one and peer coaching for leaders within the prison and the probation service as well as offenders themselves through the charity Coaching Inside and Out. This work requires a high level of sensitivity as well as a practical, pragmatic approach to respond to change quickly. Work is varied and sometimes conducted on a pro bono basis.

General Practice and Hospitals

We provide quality improvement and strategic development sessions for GP practices and PCNs through Qualitas and the Royal College of General Practitioners. We provide leadership, quality improvement and human factors training for international doctors with leadership responsibilities within hospitals through Think First Training
