Immersive programmes take place over several weeks or months and allow participants to understand how to navigate the next steps and achieve outputs in line with their goals. They use practical tools and peer coaching to transform mindset, raise awareness of motivations, support networks and opportunities.
We manage all elements with participants, from attendance, communication of pre work, one to ones, certification, and evaluations. Feedback has been especially strong and completion rates following the first session average 92%.

Our full and half day events are all in person providing an immersive experience that gives participants the opportunity to collaborate, showcase their work, network, and communicate with one another to form long-lasting connections and partnerships.
Each is supported by a graphical workbook or journal to guide participants though the structure of the day, consolidate learning, reflect, and journal next steps. We enjoy working together to codesign events to suit need, budget, and desired outcomes.

‘Lean’ and ‘six sigma’ are introduced as leadership approaches and complementary tools and frameworks are explored for their usefulness and flexibility in the workplace. Participants use their own ‘live’ case study to immediately practice learning. The result is the development of a project for quality improvement and an action plan for implementation.
